These Terms of Service apply to your use of the King Collective website. They explain the basis on which we provide website information and how that information relates to our client services. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the website.
1. Using the website
You may browse the website, read the journal, view examples of our work and contact us about services. Use the website lawfully and in a way that respects the rights of King Collective, our clients and other visitors.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to protected areas, introduce malicious code, interfere with the website’s operation, impersonate another person or use contact features for unlawful or abusive messages.
2. Inquiries, proposals and client services
Sending an inquiry, opening a contact form or discussing a project does not by itself create a client agreement, reserve a filming date or authorize us to begin paid work.
Website service descriptions and package prices help explain our offers. Before work begins, the scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment arrangements and other project terms are confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement. Creator fees, usage rights, revisions, cancellation arrangements and any additional costs are governed by that agreement.
If a signed client agreement differs from these website terms, the signed agreement governs the client project. These terms do not replace, amend or add payment or refund conditions to an existing client agreement.
3. Content and intellectual property
The website’s copy, design, photography, video and other materials belong to King Collective or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client names, logos, social posts and third-party media remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view the website for personal or internal business reference and share links to its pages. Reproducing, selling, republishing or adapting website materials for other purposes requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law allows otherwise.
Ownership and permitted use of content created for a client are determined by the client agreement. A case-study feature or embedded social post does not grant visitors a license to reuse that client’s content.
4. Information you send us
When you contact us, provide information you are authorized to share and a reliable way for us to respond. An initial inquiry does not create a confidentiality agreement. Please do not send confidential account access, passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information before an appropriate process has been agreed.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Website information and reported results
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but content, availability and service descriptions may change. Please confirm important project details directly with us before relying on them.
Case studies, testimonials and reported metrics describe particular work or campaign periods. They are examples of past experience and do not guarantee the same views, followers, engagement, revenue or other results for another business.
Journal articles and other educational content provide general information. They are not a substitute for advice tailored to your business or for professional legal, financial or other regulated advice.
6. Third-party websites and services
The website includes links to client websites and social accounts, embedded media and other third-party resources. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and account requirements. We do not control their availability, content or operation.
A link or case-study feature does not imply that a client or platform endorses every service offered by King Collective.
7. Website availability and legal rights
The website is provided as available. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or other reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every third-party video or link will remain available.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or changes protections in a signed client agreement. Responsibility for a client project is addressed in that agreement and under applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Changes apply to future use of the website and do not retroactively change a signed client agreement.
9. Contact
